Job Summary: Peak Performance Team, Inc. is expanding and looking for individuals that will be responsible for acquisition, development, and performance management of automotive accounts. The successful candidate will be a high-performance individual with the personality and professionalism to work with dealership management. Duties and Responsibilities: Prospect and acquire new automotive dealership accounts. Forecast objectives for yourself and for dealerships. Track and monitor performance. Develop F&I product sales and improve overall F&I performance. Implement policies and procedures for newly acquired business. Conduct dealership staff training for sales, service, and accounting departments.

Qualifications: Two years of F&I, sales manager, or general manager experience. Extensive knowledge of automobile dealership operations/processes. Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and sales skills. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Learn to use the company CRM. Extensive travel within assigned territory. Reliable transportation. Must be a team player, as well as a self-starter able to work independently.
