The
Regional Sales Manager
acquires, maintains, services and grows Maggiano’s banquet and catering sales accounts. Our Regional Sales Managers must be highly organized, detail-oriented leaders who thrive on proactive salesmanship. Must be an effective and self-accountable problem solver with the ability to multi-task.
No other restaurant can provide the level of quality and detail to every guest quite like Maggiano's -- We pride ourselves on flawless execution and obtain this every day in a high-volume setting.
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities
Solicit new and past banquet and catering guests through prospecting along with cold/warm calls
Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key accounts, identifying new customer opportunities
Effectively attempt to attain weekly, monthly, annual sales goals
Achieves regional sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations for strategic plans; preparing and completing action plans, etc
Adapt to frequent changes of systems and workload regularly
