Lead/support the development of overhead rates and budgets to include forward pricing, operating plans, indirect budgets, variance reporting and analysis and other related tasks.

Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role Develop detailed forecasts of indirect cost and rates to include fringe, overhead and general and administrative expenses Analyze and evaluate historical data and trends Prepare and evaluate results from monthly variance, actual to budget and over/under analysis Rate volume analysis for significant projects Evaluate impacts of changes in rates (i.e., provisional billing rates) Provide internal, external and government audit support Generate cost impacts to accounting changes, rate changes, volume changes or other management analysis Additional assignments, such as participation on process improvement teams, special projects

Qualifications Sought Demonstrated oral and written communication skills Creative problem-solving skills Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (specifically Excel) and demonstrated skills with Oracle, Hyperion and OBIEE applications Basic knowledge of CAS and FAR regulations Analytical skills and ability to work multiple projects at once Self-motivated and proactive
