Compensation

We offer competitive compensation for home improvement professionals, with starting rates ranging from $33 to $44 per hour.

Qualifications
  • At least fifteen (15) years of experience in residential construction.
  • Possession of a complete set of tools, including extension ladders.
  • Expertise in carpentry, including trim work, door installation, and wood rot repair, with the ability to identify load-bearing walls.
  • Skilled in drywall repair and painting, both for interiors and exteriors.
  • Experience in remodeling, particularly in overseeing a bathroom renovation from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, including the setup of three-way switches.
  • Proficiency in plumbing tasks, such as soldering copper pipes and installing drain lines.
