About the OpportunityThe HR Coordinator at Monin will be primary responsibility for recruiting and onboarding new employees, as well as engaging with the community at our Sparks, Nevada facility.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Contributes to the success of all HR functions
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally and to advance company objectives and HR initiatives
  • Participates in HR audits of payroll, benefits, I9s and HR programs and recommends corrective action.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
  • Maintains employee and candidate documentation within ATS with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Inspires team adoption of the company mission/values, compliance with standards, product quality and customer service excellence.

Other Qualifications & Considerations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Professionalism at all times when interacting with employees and customers
  • Data analysis skills
  • Proficient in Payroll, HRIS, and Employee Benefit software
  • Advanced MS Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Flexible and works well under pressure, independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to proficiently handle multiple, diverse responsibilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills & problem-solving skills
  • Takes the initiative and thinks ahead to the next steps
