Interne und externe Kommunikation aktiv mitgestalten sowie proaktive Ideen für den Sales Germany entwickeln – (bspw. Direct Mails verfassen, Kommunikationsformate konzipieren und umsetzen, LinkedIn Posts vorschlagen/screenen etc.)

Sie verfügen über ein Studium oder eine abgeschlossene fachorientierte Berufsausbildung und bringen mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung im Assistenz- oder Projektmanagement mit.Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, arbeiten eigenständig und bewahren auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf. Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit guter Auffassungsgabe und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Absolute Loyalität und Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein runden Ihr Profil ab.

Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende erweiterte und vertiefte Fach- und Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus: Sehr gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Koordination auf Managementebene (national / international) Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit Fähigkeit, in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und in stressigen Situationen professionell zu handeln Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Organisations- und Systemstrukturen Erfahrung in der Durchführung kleinerer Projekte oder im Project Management Office Hervorragende MS Office-Kenntnisse Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Präsentations- und Moderationsmethoden Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
