Under general supervision, will supervise contract providers by monitoring, assessing, and evaluating BCW program/coordinators to determine compliance with state/federal guidelines. Verify and finalize all data submitted and ensure all documentation is correctly uploaded to the BCW-BIBS database. Maintain necessary reporting and billing systems to complete audits on service coordinators. Perform duties of intake service coordinator. Complete evaluations on referred children, as assigned.

Facilitate a variety of team meetings with families, service providers and community partners.

Identify areas of training needs as well as coordinate/facilitate training as needed. Monitor continuing education credit records on all service coordinators. Assess Annual Performance Report data and review with service coordinators on a monthly basis to assure requirements are met. Bachelor’s degree in education or business or a related field from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in serving in community settings and providing case management. Experience in education, child development, evaluation, report writing, communication/public speaking. Previous supervisory experience.
