SUMMARY

To ensure that all units meet Synergy Global Housing’s quality of standards and expectations through customer service, inspections, and coordination of services. To perform meet and greet responsibilities that provide the highest level of personal service to our guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Serve as point of contact for coordination activities with properties to include but not limited to processing move-ins and move-outs, coordinating turn clean and inspection, and vendor pick-ups.
  • Complete apartment inspections and review field inspectors move-in check lists ensuring all deficiencies have been rectified.
  • Oversee quality control of units ensuring shampooing, touch up paint or other required maintenance is scheduled when needed. Ensure that all service requests are completed within 24 hours.
  • Perform minor touch up & tighten furniture.
  • Communicates with properties ensuring authorization is granted for all vendors and employees to access apartments when needed.
  • Works with appropriate properties to ensure replacement keys are ordered whenever a guest does not return them. Facilitates the “check request” ensuring properties key charges are paid within company guidelines.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and furniture moving services/exchanges/special request.
  • Schedules vendors or assists with appointments, when needed, to meet phone, cable or utility companies.
  • Perform meet and greets with guests as well as organize tours for potential clients.
  • Compiles guest welcome folders.
  • Perform exceptions inspections and report, resolve issues and/or communicate to others those defects beyond your ability to correct.
  • Inspect electronics & ensure internet modem are in working order
  • Perform Pre-Move-out (PMO) inspections, when needed, and accurately record defects requiring future attention.
  • Perform new unit inspections, report issues to leasing office.
  • Maintain a fully stocked Rolling Inspection Bag, and properly use the contents.
  • Read & understand schedule and daily instructions, report deficiencies and communicate to Supervisor regularly throughout the day.
  • Properly document all transactions on paperwork.
  • Works on multiple assignments at any one given time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Computer Skills to include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) products and basic internet skills. Prior experience working with proprietary database or tracking systems is strongly preferred. Clear verbal communication skills in English are required. Previous experience in a customer service or guest services position is strongly preferred.
