Our Client Services Specialists are not a call center, these teammates are highly trained and are the first point of contact for our global clientele. This is not the typical Client Services role, when you join our team, you receive ongoing and in-depth training in order to be a high-impact resource for our clients.

Requirements for success as part of our elite Client Services team:
  • Embrace being the first point of contact for our clients by problem-solving, building rapport, providing timely and effective resolution to client questions
  • Be a product expert to be able to quickly analyze, troubleshoot questions, and provide solutions
  • Support clients through a variety of methods including phone, chat, and email
  • Participate in ongoing procedural and product training sessions to ensure effective and efficient customer service
  • Provide customer feedback to internal parties, continually improving our approach to excellence
