Responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: 5-7 years related experience Bachelor's degree (Business or Supply Chain) Non-degree considered if 12 years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Possess supply chain experience in a global manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet, presentation and word processing programs. Must be able to successfully manipulate large data files while ensuring accuracy. A high level of interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and professionalism. Be able to work as a contributing team member and occasional leader on cross functional multinational teams. Good presentation skills and the ability to teach. A working knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting.
