We're seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to help optimize our company's supply chain operations. In this role, you'll play a vital part in gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting complex supply chain data. Your insights will help us enhance efficiency, decrease costs, improve inventory control, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Management: Develop and implement strategies to gather supply chain data from various sources (ERP, TMS, WMS, databases, etc.). Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Analysis and Modeling: Analyze data using statistical techniques, modeling tools, and visualization software to identify trends, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Recommend solutions to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
  • Forecasting: Develop forecasting models to predict future demand, inventory requirements, and potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Reporting: Create clear and concise dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings to key stakeholders. Present data insights to management, effectively translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain teams, logistics, procurement, operations, and IT to understand their needs, share data and support decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools: Advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong Working Knowledge of: Supply chain concepts, key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory management principles and forecasting techniques.
  • Database Skills: Experience with SQL or other database query languages
  • Problem-solving mindset: Ability to think critically, identify root causes of issues, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with supply chain management systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
  • Experience in process optimization or project management.


Annual salary starting at $75,000.
