Sr Project Manager, Supply Chain, Process Transformation

This role is not an IT Project Manager, but instead works on the business side within Supply Chain. This Sr Project Manager will work within an established PMO and lead global matrix project teams to standardize and harmonize Global Supply Chain processes. Many of these processes are getting optimized and harmonized following a large acquisition/integration as well as the implementation of enterprise IT solutions.


QUALIFICATION SUMMARY

1)Strong Sr Project Management: Cross Functional Matrix Program Management over multiple Workstreams/projects. Master Planning, Risk management, Stakeholder management, OCM, Communication plans, issue resolution, etc.

a.Proven experience with Driving Execution & Results

b.Ability to Connect the Dots & Find Holes (then facilitate solutions)

2)Pharmaceuticals or Medical Device Company Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience working within the business functions of a Pharma or Medical Device company.

3)Supply Chain Experience: The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Supply Chain within a Pharma company so that they can effectively work with the internal SME’s, ask good questions, and help to mitigate risks while they lead this project within Supply Chain.

4)Process Optimization & Harmonization: The ideal candidate will have experience with transformation business projects that involved optimization or harmonization of processes.

5)Global Experience: Experience with global efforts and global project teams is essential.

NICE TO HAVES

1)SAP, ERP, Kinaxis RapidResponse or other Enterprise IT Solutions experience (from the Business side)

2)Agile and Hybrid PM experience

3)PMP Certification

4)IMO or PMO Experience

5)Big 4 Consulting Experience

6)Integration or M&A experience


LOCATION & TRAVEL

New Brunswick NJ, Local candidates preferred by client to be onsite 50%, but flexibility could be offered.


START & TERM

ASAP, Initial Contract is through end of 2024 with likelihood for extension into 2025
