ENROLLMENT ASSOCIATE

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
The Enrollment Associate serves under the direct supervision of the Director of Enrollment. The Enrollment Associate is responsible for recruiting new students for Notre Dame College Prep in accordance with the mission, goals and policies of the school.

EXPECTATIONS:
  • Full-time, 12 months
  • Nights and weekends as needed
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Specific accountabilities shall include, but not limited:
  • Knowledge of the mission and philosophy of Notre Dame College Prep and support in incorporating and communicating its vision.
  • Cultivating relationships with prospective students and families.
  • Visiting and presenting to Elementary Schools.
  • Attending events that will assist in recruitment of prospective students such as high school fairs, grammar school athletic events, etc.
  • Promotional material distribution to neighboring schools and businesses.
  • Providing support in the planning, execution and evaluation of all Enrollment events.
  • ?Continuing professional development.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least one to three years of professional experience and/or relevant experience in another industry or field.
  • Proficiency with Google suite and familiarity with PowerSchool Enrollment and database.
  • Conversant with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIN, Instagram, X)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, collaborative, oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a school is a plus, but not required.
