Role

: Sales and Customer Service Specialist

Role Summary

This role is pivotal in ensuring that each patient's journey with us is nothing short of exceptional. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through understanding our weight loss procedure options and converting leads into consultations and patients.

Responsibilities

-Deliver exceptional virtual customer service by promptly and effectively addressing patient inquiries regarding our non-surgical weight loss solutions.

-Educate patients about available options, explain processes clearly, and assist them in understanding financing and payment choices.

-Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all our procedures and services to support prospective patient education and match the appropriate procedure to their goals.

-Regularly follow up with prospective patients by a follow-up cadence.

-Accurately document and maintain patient profiles.

-Consistently meeting set weekly scheduling goals

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals

- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

- Ability to effectively handle objections and negotiate with prospective clients

- Experience in managing and maintaining a customer relationship management (CRM) system

- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships

- Familiarity with sales techniques such as consultative selling and relationship-building

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations

- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and market dynamics

- Willingness to undergo training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals

- Commitment to upholding company values and delivering exceptional service to every client.

-Bilingual; Spanish/English Preferred.
