Rose Box NYC is a flower atelier based in Manhattan that specializes in long-lasting floral arrangements. We are a rapidly expanding company seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Store Manager and Customer Service Representative. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store while excelling in in-store sales activities. Your skills as a Store Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the store's success, and your ability to provide exceptional customer service will help us maintain and grow our customer base.


Responsibilities


Store Manager Responsibilities:


1.Effective Store Management: Take ownership of the store's daily operations, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning.


2.In-Store Sales: Proactively engage with customers in the store, providing product information, recommendations, and assistance to drive sales.


3.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, restocking, and product placement to optimize sales opportunities.


4.Visual Merchandising: Ensure attractive and compelling visual displays to enhance the shopping experience.


5.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.


6.Cash Handling: Manage cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.


7.Store Maintenance: Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.


8.Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels, reorder merchandise as needed, and coordinate deliveries.


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:


1. Manage Large Amounts of Incoming Calls: Handle incoming customer inquiries, sales inquiries, and store-related calls efficiently and professionally.


2. Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue potential sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.


3. Identify and Assess Customer Needs: Understand and assess customers' needs to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.


4. Build Sustainable Relationships: Foster trust and long-lasting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.


5. Provide Accurate Information: Ensure the delivery of accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using appropriate tools and methods.


6. Meet Sales Targets: achieve personal targets and call handling quotas.


7. Handle Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints promptly, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution.


8. Record Customer Interactions: Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file relevant documents.


9. Follow Communication Procedures: Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.


10. Engage Customers: Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.


Skills


Store Manager Skills:


1. Retail Management: Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.


2. In-Store Sales Expertise: Strong ability to engage customers, drive in-store sales, and provide exceptional service.


3. Inventory Control: Proficiency in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.


Customer Service Representative Skills:


1. Proven Customer Support Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a client service representative.


2. Strong Phone Contact Handling Skills: Proficient in handling incoming calls and active listening to customer inquiries.


3. Customer Orientation: Customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.


4. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.


5. Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


6. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Console: Familiarity with office software tools for documentation and data management.
