Purpose of Your Job Position

Matthew Development is looking for an energetic, hardworking Administrative Manager to add to our growing company. As the Administrative Manager, you are entrusted with the responsibility of carrying out your daily, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks and assigned duties while demonstrating Matthews Core Values of integrity, trust and building lifelong relationships. The primary purpose of your position is to manage all aspects of our companys administrative and accounting processes while supporting the rest of the team as needed. The administrative functions at Matthew Development can be as mundane as stocking office supplies or as critical as company budget talks.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide support to continue successful projects under the Matthew Development umbrella.

2. Manage all company accounts payable and receivable including compiling monthly construction draws for various on-going construction projects.

3. Track and keep detailed calendar of important dates for all projects and properties under contract.

4. Willing to jump into special projects as needed, i.e. website updates, social media, property due diligence, etc.

5. Maintain and organize digital files on company shared drive.

6. Build and maintain relationships with professional consultants, tenants, local government agencies, lenders, etc.

7. Coordinate and facilitate scheduling meetings.

8. Manage files of financials and other documents to supply to accountants, lenders, attorneys, etc. for tax prep, loans, property closings, etc.

9. All other office duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university is preferred; or three to five years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Prior experience in managing accounts payable and receivable as well as maintaining company operating budget.

Prior experience in commercial real estate, construction or office administration.

Specific Requirements

Personable, dynamic and a team-spirited attitude.

Experience using MS Office (particularly Excel) and QuickBooks Online (Familiarity with Ramp is a plus)

Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents, contracts and leases.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Normal working hours, but expected to maintain communication after-hours when needed.
