Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant to work with our operations team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our real estate operations. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around organizing and managing our lead database, supporting team agents in utilizing our systems efficiently, and maintaining effective systems to optimize our process. Additionally, you will be tasked with tracking team objectives and monitoring progress toward achieving set goals. You will also assist on a variety of projects for the team. Applicants should be extremely thorough, team players, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of real estate processes and database management. This role is in person in Satellite Beach, Florida. M-F 8 am-4 pm
Compensation:$19 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:- Maintain and organize team's lead systems
- Offer guidance and training to agents on utilizing our systems when needed
- Utilize team tracking systems to run reports of the team's progress toward goals
- Send announcements and updates to team agents as necessary
- Assist on projects as necessary
- Complete onboarding orientation to welcome new agents
- Excellent Organization Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics
- Timeliness: Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and completing tasks promptly
- Positive Attitude: Approach tasks with enthusiasm, maintain a proactive mindset, and foster a constructive work environment
- Real Estate Industry Experience (Plus): Prior experience or familiarity with real estate operations, processes, and terminology is advantageous
