We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers and agents feel at ease.


At Selling 321, the Transaction Coordinator team plays a crucial role in our award-winning sales team by managing the intricate details of each transaction. Our team is fully staffed to ensure continued success and exceptional performance of Selling 321. Compensation:

$17 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and service providers throughout the transaction process
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions, including paperwork, timelines, and deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transaction process
  • Review contracts and documents for accuracy and compliance, addressing any discrepancies
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and submitted on time utilizing our transaction systems
  • Monitor and communicate transaction progress to all parties involved
  • Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction process
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to track transaction statuses and key milestones
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
Qualifications:
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred

  • Prior experience as a real estate transaction coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and tools
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and documents
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
