About Us: Ascendo Resources is hiring for a dynamic Customer Service Representative for one of our innovative Biotech clients to join the team We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is capable of multi-tasking, and updating multiple CRM's and spreadsheets to enter new customer orders. Position Overview : We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our manufacturing client's customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding service, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Coordinate with other departments, including sales and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and services Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience in customer service or related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP and SalesForce software is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Order-entry experience is a HUGE PLUS Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service Benefits : Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the company Collaborative and supportive work environment How to Apply : Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter to Jknightascendo.com.
