Location: Springfield, MA (On Site)
Position: Receptionist
Start Date: ASAP, This week
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm, with 1-hour lunch
Duration: 3-5 weeks
Reporting To: VP of HR and HR Business Partner

Job Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join our client in Springfield. This role involves answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail, and preparing FedEx packages. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish/English, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer tasks.
- A proactive attitude and reliability are essential.
- This position offers an opportunity for a college student or someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic behavioral health environment.

Qualifications of the Bilingual Receptionist:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (Many of our customers clients are Spanish speaking - so this would be a major bonus)
  • Reliable with good communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Confidence and initiative

  • Pay Rate: $17 per hour
