Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Bilingual Receptionist in the Carlson Recovery Centerprogram at Behavioral Health Network Receptionists are critical members of a well-run office environment

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Carlson Recovery Center program with the following:
  • Interacting with a wide variety of people including individuals served, staff, and the public.
  • Using organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks.
  • Providing support for clinical activities.
  • Providing back up to the Intake Coordinator, when needed.
  • Performing general tasks such as checking in and scheduling individuals, processing paperwork, and answering phones efficiently and dependably.
Who are we?

The Carlson Recovery Center in Springfield, MA is a 36-bed Acute Treatment Services program that serves those 18 years of age and older who are suffering from drug and alcohol addiction and are at the beginning stages of their recovery. A 24-hour multidisciplinary team provides acute treatment and detoxification services.

What are we looking for in a Bilingual Receptionist?
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • At least 6 months of related office experience (preferred).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in high demand and/or stressful environments.
