Description:

We are seeking a Construction Administrator to work on local projects as well as projects being managed by other studios. Candidate will be involved primarily in the Construction Administration phase of projects and will be working on a variety of project types.

Responsibilities:

+ Ensure that all design and construction documentation comply with relevant building codes and regulations.

+ Coordinate with other design professionals, consultants, and contractors to integrate various project components.

+ Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design intent is being faithfully executed.

+ Respond to requests for information (RFIs) and review and approve submittals.

+ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

+ A professional degree in Architecture and/or the Construction Field.

+ 7+ years of architectural / construction industry experience.

+ Demonstrated project and production management.

+ Established experience in contract administration critical.

+ Excellent technical skills and code knowledge.

+ The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.

+ Proficiency in Revit preferred but not required.
