La persona, con l’obiettivo di dare il massimo supporto al raggiungimento ed al miglioramento dei risultati dello stabilimento, ha la responsabilità della corretta gestione e sviluppo del personale di stabilimento, garantendo la coerenza con la normativa e con i processi aziendali, garantendo la stipula/applicazione degli accordi con le Organizzazioni Sindacali in conformità con le condizioni stabilite dai contratti nazionali. In collaborazione con il team di HR centrale si occupa di attuare tutti i processi HR, in linea con le politiche ed i programmi del Gruppo.
Responsabilità
Prendere parte alla formulazione del budget di stabilimento, in collaborazione con le altre funzioni organizzative del plant e con l’area Finance, per la definizione dei bisogni di risorse, la valutazione del costo del lavoro, la definizione del budget per la selezione, la formazione e le attività di sviluppo. In questo ambito analizzare i gap rilevati e definire le linee di intervento.
Gestire i processi di recruiting, di selezione e di inserimento del personale per quanto riguarda le posizioni di staff e gli operatori di reparto, garantendo la coerenza con i piani stabiliti, con le esigenze e i profili richiesti dalle diverse unità, in linea con il budget assegnato.
Pianificare e gestire la formazione tecnica e manageriale per il personale dello stabilimento, in collaborazione con le funzione organizzative di riferimento, identificando i partecipanti, organizzando la loro partecipazione nelle varie iniziative e raccogliendo i loro feedback e la valutazione dei progetti in termini di efficacia ed utilità Garantire la corretta applicazione ed esecuzione dei singoli Garantire la corretta applicazione ed esecuzione dei singoli specifici processi aziendali che coinvolgono lo stabilimento.
Gestire tutti gli aspetti giuslavoristici e procedurali che coinvolgono lavoratori dello stabilimento e le eventuali controversie di lavoro.
Assicurare, attraverso la propria unità e in collaborazione con le funzioni di riferimento centrali, il corretto svolgimento delle procedure amministrative e contabili collegate all’elaborazione delle retribuzioni, la gestione amministrativa del personale e la tutela della privacy, in conformità con gli aspetti di natura normativa/contrattuale/contributiva/fiscale.
Condurre direttamente i rapporti e le negoziazioni con le Organizzazioni Sindacali, per la definizione di accordi integrativi aziendali e/o di sito e per le attività di gestione quotidiana, vigilando sulla corretta attuazione ed applicazione degli accordi e fornendo supporto specialistico alle altre unità organizzative dello stabilimento, in linea con le strategie più ampie definite a livello centrale.
