The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining a disciplined approach to customer engagement by ensuring data & analytics excellence and driving best practices and consistency in the teams media and web strategy.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide SME expertise in digital media, channel/platform selection, emerging marketing technologies and data privacy requirements

- Ensure OOP media spend targets are adhered to

- Partner with internal and agency vendors in developing analytical models to consistently monitor performance of channels

- Ensure a consistent coordination of media plan development and approval, launch specific performance readouts and manage monthly social calendar review

- Translate complex analytics and data into actionable insights that can be shared with stakeholders

- Collaborate with technology partners to ensure initiatives are supported and tailored to business/brand needs

- Lead coordination of digital tactic discussions and reviews

- Represent the team in cross functional forums

The ideal Senior Digital Marketing Manager will have:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on pharma experience/exposure

- Launch experience and familiarity of compliance and reviews; e.g. pharma launches

- Experience at a digital agency or managing one is a plus

- Project management skills and ability to work cross functionally with brand, technology, field, legal, etc.

- Understanding of digital tactics such as web, social, CRM, media, etc.

- Experience managing metrics, dashboards and analytics review

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Experience or exposure to pharma software like Veeva CRM and Vault PromoMats
