Scope:

This candidate will be responsible for our digital marketing efforts and help build Zevra’s approved products across digital channels.


The Product Manager will work across the entire commercial team to support key initiatives, operationalize launch strategies, and support day-to-day business activities.


Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, the Product Manager ensures the successful execution of marketing initiatives to drive product growth and meet business objectives.


Domestic travel is up to 25%


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with product goals, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Digital responsibilities:


  • Websites:
  • Lead product management of branded and disease state websites, redesign, and launch
  • Engage with external vendors as needed
  • Track & report on website metrics (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM)
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices


  • Digital and Email marketing
  • Develop and optimize HCP/PT/CG media plans incorporating paid search, paid social media, third-party media, HCP/PT/CG custom media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Execute digital marketing tactics
  • Produce and implement email campaigns
  • Conceptualize new email marketing campaigns
  • Provide performance reports


  • Support, as needed, non-digital marketing activities: print materials, conferences, and events, to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Work closely with sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of digital marketing activities with overall business objectives. Includes managing the development and review of materials in the Veeva PromoMats system.
  • Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, including promotional materials review and approval processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical digital marketing or related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization and marketing principles.
  • Strong digital marketing understanding, required.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable digital marketing strategies
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing pharmaceutical marketing activities.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, including senior management, to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Ability to plan and manage in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Orphan or Ultra Rare Disease marketing experience, preferred.

This position will be based in Boston, MA.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.
