  • Support other AP staff as needed.
  • Scan and index invoices efficiently.
  • Reconcile invoices with statements.
  • Verify invoice signatures for compliance with approvals.
  • File department correspondence and checks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably one or more years of related work experience.
  • Attention to detail in written and verbal communication.
  • Customer-focused with a team-oriented approach.
