Main Duties Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. Supervising administrative time sheets, clock in & out for all CLIENT hourly pay roll of staff members. Supporting managers and senior staff members with all day-to-day operations. Supporting the President with all travel and travel administrative requirements. Supporting all group satellite travel visits to CLIENT. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained. Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses. Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions. Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems. (CRM data and order entry). All company policies & procedures, including health and safety. Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities Address compliance issues and collaborate with managers to help employees adjust to company changes. Planning HR and administration activities annually & supporting employee relations. Maintaining contact with satellite operations and HQ.
