Employees hired into Regional Sales Manager positions in 2024 will benefit from not only our 40+ years of growth and prosperity, but will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology, Accounting/Finance, HR and Branch Management and Outside Sales to achieve KPI's related to increase throughput (revenue) while learning and growing personally and professionally.
- Improve gross margin, decrease operating costs, and improve cash flow
- Frequent travel to assigned regional branches *(Region 3- Midwest, 01,04,10, Outside Sales in IA/Dakotas)
- Manage overall sales and operational goals, accomplishments, and strategies
- Responsible for the growth in existing and new markets and territories within assigned region
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against SES programs and plans to determine effectiveness of SES, vendor and/or customer strategies
- Maintain and grow relationships with vendor and local customer base by visiting local vendor representation and customers
- Conduct regular territory visits to review regional performance with an emphasis on the SES customer service model and development of customer relationships. Encourage open and honest communication with branch management and sales staff
- Manage a team of branch managers and sales associates that strive to grow and broaden/ diversify the customer base through, phone calls, email, mailings, seminars, trainings, etc. to communicate opportunities for customer and company
