Position Overview The Contract Compliance Analyst II will facilitate contract implementation and revenue pull-through activities, both proactive and reactive, with internal and external parties. The role is also fundamental in providing training to new team members as well as maintaining existing standard operating procedures for the Revenue Cycle Systems and analytics team. The Contract Compliance Analyst II role will also consist of ensuring billing and payment processes are efficient, timely, and in compliance with corporate goals, contracts and/or regulations. Additionally, this position will be responsible for facilitating and managing the entire contract lifecycle of specific Managed Care contracts (e.g., Government Contracting). This role works closely with field Market Access Managers in developing and maintaining agreements that provide medical providers and patients with access to our assays while aligning with Exact Sciences goals and objectives. This position also plays a critical role on project teams aimed at assessing the potential impact of industry or internal company changes on our business in addition to developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to address them. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Resolve high complexity revenue cycle problems including but not limited to bulk order review, payor disputes, and specific payor requirements. Develop communication for contracts, amendments, and notifications for the internal Revenue Cycle Team (RCT) customers and collaborate with the Field Managed Care team in negotiations with payers for operational optimization. Play a role in the development and maintenance of a contract database and contract management system, working with the credentialing and legal teams.
