A reputable international firm has an immediate hire position for a Human Resources/Administration Director for their office located in the Long Beach, CA area.

Qualifications/Requirements:*5-10 years HR/Admin management experience*Legality/regulation compliance and administrative skills*Experience in role reporting to senior management and participation in key decision making is desired*Bilingual Japanese/English language abilities are a PLUS, but not required*Experience in Logistics/Shipping/Transportation industry is a PLUS
