Purpose of position
Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties are typical of those performed by employees in this job title; however, employees may perform other related duties, and not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each employee in the job title:

Perform a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of personnel records, including filing of all documents
•Provide clerical and operations support for the HR Team
•Perform weekly data entry audits
•Track employee anniversary program and communicate milestones with HR Generalists
•Prepare monthly job listings flyer to be shared with Managers and posted
•Reconcile background screening monthly invoice
•Assist with employee benefits enrollments as needed
•Monitor and process employee referral bonuses
•Monitor shared folders and process documents as needed
•Receive and assist with responding to department phone calls
•Other duties as determined and as needed to support HR team and EMS team members
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Some college education preferred
•2 years HR experience or other similar administrative experience
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to operate general office equipment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
•Ability to maintain confidential information
