Team Lead Engineer- Needs TS Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility 1 year contract with possible extensions Overview: We are seeking an experienced Network Team Engineer Lead to oversee a team of four resources as part of Dell’s resident group at Buckley AFB. The candidate will manage various aspects of Dell’s storage, servers, and networking solutions, ensuring the team’s success and alignment with Dell’s goals and client needs. Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility is required. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four engineers. Coordinate and oversee team activities, ensuring efficient operation. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of Dell storage, servers, and networking. Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting. Ensure the team is equipped with necessary tools and knowledge. Communication and Problem-Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact between the team, Dell management, and Buckley AFB representatives. Communicate team needs, challenges, and accomplishments effectively. Develop and implement solutions for technical and operational issues. Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Collaborate with Dell and Buckley AFB teams to align projects with strategic goals. Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a team lead, preferably with Dell technologies. In-depth knowledge of Dell storage, servers, and networking. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated project management abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., Dell EMC Proven Professional, CompTIA Network+) are a plus. Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility is required.
