  • ISO Standards Adherence: Guarantee that all facilities meet ISO requirements through regular assessments, thorough documentation, and ongoing process evaluations.
  • Continuous Improvement Leadership: Champion continuous improvement projects across all facilities to elevate product quality, minimize defects, and streamline manufacturing processes.
  • Quality Management Frameworks: Design, execute, and uphold comprehensive quality management frameworks to assure product excellence and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Process Enhancement: Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and lead interdisciplinary teams to implement modifications that boost efficiency and quality.
  • Supplier Quality Oversight: Oversee supplier quality metrics, perform supplier evaluations, and work collaboratively with suppliers to address quality challenges and ensure uniform quality of materials and components.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Support recruitment efforts at various facilities, identifying and attracting exceptional talent to cultivate a robust quality engineering team throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Over 8 years of experience in quality engineering, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity.
  • In-depth understanding of ISO standards and quality management frameworks.
