Customer Service Representative

**Description**
Majestic, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our facility in Everett. The Customer Service Rep will answer inquiries on customer accounts, investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. This position often serves as a liaison between the Sales staff and the customer.

**_Responsibilities:_**
+ Prepare samples, price quotations, and customer correspondence
+ Process orders, revisions, and confirmations of sales/back orders
+ Collaborate with Sales staff and Supervisors to assist with any necessary Sales related projects and reports
+ Assist with incoming calls and inquiries
+ Answer inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturers reps
+ Investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution
+ Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service
+ Function as a liaison between Customer Service and other departments in the company to address customer needs
+ Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives
**_Requirements:_**
+ High school graduate
+ Familiar with ERP systems
+ Computer literate, self-motivated and works well in a team environment
+ Detail-oriented
+ Superior organizational skills
+ Professional people skills and extraordinary customer service skills
+ Prior experience in a customer service support role in a professional business environment preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills
Majestic's Washington Salary Range: $20-$23 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location.
