This role supports DOBI, its agents, and its clients in enhancing their social media presence and will collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to execute campaigns and coordinate online marketing activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, skilled in storytelling, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to the dynamic social media landscape. They will work both independently and collaboratively, leveraging their creativity and analytical skills to drive social media success for the company and its clients.

ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy : Assist in the strategic planning of content calendars, including creative concepting and coordination of creative assets.Content Management : Schedule and post content across various social media channels.Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to online engagement from followers and interact with potential followers.Digital Content Creation:

Assist with the creation of digital content and copywriting.Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor social media analytics, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.Trend Identification:

Identify relevant online trends and make suggestions for incorporating them into brand content.Additional Projects : Support other projects within the scope of social media and marketing as needed.

RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Experience:2 years of experience in social media, paid social, marketing, public relations, and/or agency work.Skills:Results-based creative and strategic thinker capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.Passion for social media and extensive knowledge of all platforms, functionalities, and audience growth best practices.Proven track record of using B2C social media content to increase audience engagement, build brand equity, and drive revenue.A storyteller who exudes excitement when the team succeeds.Positive mindset with high energy and excellent customer service skills.Ability to foster effective working relationships with key internal and external partners.Preferred, but not required:Real Estate experienceFamiliarity with MondayGraphic design experience (Adobe and/or Canva)
