Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Job Duties:
  • Manage a fast-paced environment and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Address and resolve PO issues.
  • Provide customer service support for invoice-related inquiries.
  • Handle remittances and payment inquiries.
  • Conduct investigations related to payment discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with clients and buyers to resolve issues.
Skills/Requirements:

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients.
