Job Description for Collections Rep: We are currently seeking a Collections Representative for our office in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a collections call center, preferably with third-party collections. Strong familiarity with dialer systems, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities for Collections Rep:
  • Work a 40-hour shift per week according to the provided schedule.
  • Contact consumers with past due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Display empathy and professionalism while negotiating outstanding balances.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding debt collections.
  • Follow NRA collection scripts and processes.
  • Accurately document all activities using the NRA system.
