This position will be strategically based across the Western United States and supporting customers in Eaton's Electrical Team. This position supports order management through technical ownership of the order and creates a positive customer experience through a proactive approach to project support and issue resolution. This position leverages centralized resources to manage documentation and resolve issues and builds relationships across customers and Eaton facilities to deliver a successful project. This position works independently on daily tasks and collaborates with the project and sales teams. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects Review and interpret contract drawings and specifications ensuring technical accuracy Manage technical changes to the bill of material Coordinate and interpret engineered-to-order drawings Leverage centralized resources to create and manage project documentation Provide technical support and follow through to drive all warranty issues to closure Act as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and factories to efficiently carry out technical order configuration, documentation, and warranty resolutions. Serve as the customer’s advocate by relaying the appropriate level of urgency to peer contacts in Eaton’s manufacturing facilities and escalating issues as required to management Pursue continuous learning of products and applications related to engineered products Collaborate with the Project Management Team including Project Managers, Sales Engineers, Project Coordinators, other Project Engineers, and the Documentation Team Lead verbal or written communication with internal and external stakeholders to address technical scope and design concerns Provide guidance to less senior engineers with relationship to technical and commercial execution of job duties Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales, sales support, technical role or applicable field Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical field Electrical industry expertise and product knowledge Prior contractor, sales, and/or sales support experience with focus on the following customer bases: wastewater treatment, government, utility, commercial construction, data center, etc. Proficiency in applications required for job function (Eaton Bid Manager, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, customer quality management tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft O365) Skills:

Position Criteria: Possess technical sales aptitude, market knowledge, and electrical industry experience Capable of working independently and in a team environment, using strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to establish customer relationships within the market area while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships Possess necessary computer skills including: Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, internet and Microsoft Office applications, and other product configuration tools Possess organizational, presentation, training, and planning skills Understand project management processes for supporting a project and take on a proactive approach in addressing open tasks or issues Ability to travel 10% of the time
