POSITION OVERVIEWThe Senior Planning & Scheduling Specialist will oversee the comprehensive schedule development for logistics projects, emphasizing risk management and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate and revise project timelines

  • Collaborate with project management for necessary adjustments
  • Identify critical path tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Project Controls Functions
  • Knowledge of scheduling methodologies
  • Experience with Primavera P6 software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in EPC projects
  • 5+ years in the commercial construction field
  • Experience in semiconductor facilities or controlled environments
  • Collaboration with engineering, procurement, and contracting teams
