Business Development ManagerWe are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager with government contracting experience to drive growth and expand our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, responding to RFPs, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and other means- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to grow business revenue- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals- Analyze market trends and competition to inform business development strategies- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvementRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field- Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Development Manager or similar role- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with both government and commercial clients and partners- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamNote: This position is considered Hybrid regrading in-office requirements.
