#MakeItYourChoice . Your Responsibilities Support publisher outreach to grow and retain high-value publishers both in and out of platform in partnership with agency partners.

Develop and master technical understanding of the Affiliate and digital media program, including tracking, analytics, feed management and more.

Support evolving payment strategy to grow channel contribution while increasing program efficiency.

Create reporting insights from ad hoc requests.

Support efforts to enhance messaging and creative development.

Conduct campaign analysis to monitor performance and trends to maximize affiliate and digital performance.

Support development of partner communications to drive awareness and preference to Choice Hotels performance marketing programs.

Support management of agency and platform partnerships.

Keep pace with emerging trends in digital marketing including search engine, meta search, search marketing and affiliate industry trends and developments.

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, or related field, from a four-year college or university.

At least 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing for performance-driven marketing channels.

Knowledge of major digital marketing tools, web analytics tools and site traffic monitoring tools.

General knowledge of hotel/travel industry preferred.

Understanding and knowledge of traditional media such as Display, Social, Mobile, Online Radio and Online Video is a plus.

Strong, proven experience in digital media tactics, media planning, and execution.

Ability to learn new programs quickly with a strong interest in technology and emerging platforms.

Demonstrated passion and skills in qualitative and quantitative problem solving.

Understanding of technical requirements and the ability to speak with IT team and translate their needs to internal constituents and agency partners.

Right now, our associates in corporate headquarters are working in a hybrid environment,

up to 4 days per week in the office
