A critical aspect of this role involves collaboration with our Information Systems (IS) team to enhance data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing recruitment systems, project execution, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Platform Management: Oversee the functionality, maintenance, and optimization of the ATS and other recruitment platforms. Work closely with the IS team to troubleshoot, implement upgrades, and enhance system capabilities. Ensure platforms are configured to support recruitment goals and improve user experience. Data and Reporting: Partner with the IS team to develop robust data reporting solutions that provide actionable insights. Create and maintain dashboards and customized reports to track key recruitment metrics and team performance. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards. Project Execution: Manage end-to-end projects focused on system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. Develop detailed project plans, set clear timelines, and deliver outcomes within scope and budget. Collaborate with the Director of Recruitment to identify needs and translate them into practical, system-driven solutions. Process Improvement: Identify and implement streamlined workflows to enhance the efficiency of recruitment operations. Collaborate with recruitment leaders to align processes with organizational objectives. Train team members on system best practices and ensure consistent adoption. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges effectively to the Director of Recruitment. Partner with leadership to align system capabilities with organizational priorities. Qualifications: Proven experience managing ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time. Experience working with information systems teams on data reporting and integrations. Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret recruitment data insights. Familiarity with recruitment workflows and operational best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Experience in HRIS/HR technology integrations and data visualization tools. Knowledge of recruitment compliance and data protection regulations. Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proactive problem-solving skills to address system and process challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster cross-departmental partnerships.
