Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior RF Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles from beginning to end, including proposal writing, development, manufacturing, testing, deployment, and repair. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to determine scope, goals, budget, and risks, and ensure that project objectives and schedules are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact with customers;
  • Planning and monitoring program execution;
  • Project coordination and managing project interdependencies;
  • Identifying and addressing problems and risks;
  • Program documentation (PDR, CDR, ETRR, MRR);
  • Stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving;
  • Development and maintenance of program schedules;
  • Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes;
  • Monitor scheduling and staffing needs to help the department run smoothly;
  • Monitor communications with outside vendors and contractual deliverables;
  • Understand exiting gate processes and New Product Release processes;
  • Address internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develop solutions;
  • Develop novel out-of-the-box solutions to entrenched organizational obstacles;
  • Track at risk metrics and facilitate actions to keep project on track;
  • Establish data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities to provide periodic reporting;
  • Salute team at conclusion of all meetings;
  • Ensure project milestones are met, adhering to approved budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork;
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills;
  • Bona fide project management enthusiast; Enthusiasm for RF development projects a huge plus;
  • Track record of driving projects from initiation through completion;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure;
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
  • Expert knowledge of industry processes, systems, procedures, and risks related to the project;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across the MACOM organization as well as to customers;
  • Experience with PLM, SAP, and documentation control;
  • Ability and willingness to assist with cross-disciplinary tasks to achieve project goals;
  • Ability to plan and work multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Superb communication, organization and documentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long lasting partnerships. Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
