This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys:
Partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract and secure top talent.
Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring strategies.
Guiding hiring managers through best practices and provide expert support.
Innovating and refining recruitment processes to ensure top-tier candidate experiences.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment tools, including ATS systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
What to Know About This Role:
This is a 35-hour-per-week position
