As the Clinical Pharmacist you are responsible for providing general clinical and pharmacy services. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and we are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now

What You Will Do In This Role:

* You will interpret orders and transcribes or verifies them accurately and efficiently into the pharmacy computer system.

* You will accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals.

* You will sustain the hospital formulary, minimizing non-formulary procurements, utilizing therapeutic interchanges and promotes rational drug therapy selection

* You will provide accurate and timely medication information to healthcare staff and patients.

* You will provide basic technical support for automated dispensing machines and other pharmacy computer systems.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

* B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy is required.

* One year of hospital experience is required.

* Residency training or board certification is preferred.

* Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy is required.

* TSBP is required.

* ACPE IV certification is required.
