Steve Vinklarek - State Farm Agency, located in West Lake Hill (Austin, TX) has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. Must have recent state farm experience and an active Property and Casualty license.

We are offering:

  • Offering up to $1,000 sign on bonus for the right candidate
  • Use of our company vehicle a 2022 H yndai Ioniq (approx 60 mpg)
  • Flexible schedule - 1 remote day per week
  • Will also consider a relocation incentive for qualified candidates
The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction and support our awesome sales team Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude. Someone with an outgoing, energetic, vivacious personality Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others. This is a fun team and a busy office; we need someone who will thrive in a team environment.

About Our Agency:

Steve Vinklarek is a native Texan and has been passionate about all things State Farm since he was a young boy. He is the fourth State Farm agent in his family, representing over 150 years of experience serving the community through all State Farm has to offer.   • Answer phones and greet clients.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
