Job Title: Human Resources Onboarding Assistant

Envision Radiology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Onboarding Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Onboarding Assistant will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including coordinating paperwork, employee records, and mandatory trainings. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the Recruiting and HR Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete the onboarding process for all new hires, including initial follow-up on new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinate pre-employment drug screens and verify completion of background checks.
  • Create new hire records in HRIS Systems and assign mandatory training modules.
  • Assist the Recruiting team in processing working interviews.
  • Communicate with the HR team on any potential delays or items requiring follow-up during the preboarding and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure new hire candidates receive all necessary equipment and login information in a timely manner.
  • Track and process bonus payouts related to recruiting efforts.
  • Assist in responding to general employee inquiries and escalate to HR/Recruiting subject matter experts as needed.
  • Assist the Recruiting team with special projects as requested.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to efficiently and effectively communicate with others and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Experience using HRIS Systems, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver, and a team player.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to continuously exceed company and customer expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
