In May 2019, TerraCycle launched its newest initiative, Loop, a global circular shopping system that enables brands, retailers and consumers to transition from single-use disposable materials to reusable, durable packaging, washed by Loop and refilled by the brands. Loop has engaged many of the world's largest consumer product companies (including P&G, Nestl, Unilever, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, and Mondelez) and many of the worlds largest retailers in this platform. Loop is currently available in the continuous U.S, and the greater Paris region in France, with plans to expand into several new markets including Canada, Japan, the UK and Australia by the end of 2021.

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, highly organized and team-focused Brand & Retail Marketing Director with excellent relationship building skills to support our fast-growing pool of partners in North America. They will integrate Loops Global Marketing team located in our headquarters in Trenton, NJ, and report to the VP, Marketing +Platforms.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders from Loop retail partners to guarantee successful launches and scale-up:

+ Map consumer journeys and relative POS communication strategy to drive high in-store/restaurant awareness.

+ Ensure large scale 360 external marketing campaigns by partners are implemented.

+ Support partners marketing team on insights strategy.

+ Lead training plan of retail partners store/restaurant staff.

+ Report highlights and insights on partners deployments through in depth case-studies.

* Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders from Loop brand partners to guarantee successful launch and assortment growth:

+ Onboard new partners on key marketing work streams (retail, digital marketing, CI, platforms).

+ Inspire and support 360 external marketing campaigns by each partner, at launch and post-launch.

+ Generate revenue by selling Loop marketing services, such as customer insights research, creative support or IT development

+ Ensure Loop guidelines on product labelling.

* Ensuring a strong Loop brand message is implemented consistently across all partners external communication channels.

* Reporting monthly on marketing activities driven by Loop partners, making recommendations on how to expand and deepen our relationship with existing retail and brand partners.

* Leading a digital marketing team, providing them direction and support on key Loop channels such as email marketing, social-media or Loops corporate website.

Requirements

* 5+ years experience working in an account management, client facing role, agency environment

* Passionate about sustainability, digital ecosystems and innovation

* Ability to work within a team, in an international working environment

* Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with different functions

* Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities

* Proactive and solution focused

* Creative thinking mixed with the ability to drive insights from data

* Excellent English communication and writing skills (French would be a plus)

**Compensation**
