We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Marketing for our rapidly expanding branded business unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive omnichannel marketing and social media strategies to drive the success of our current and future branded pharmaceutical products in the women's health market. The Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible for helping shape the brand image, creating targeted HCP/Consumer campaigns, developing meaningful customer and influencer relationships, and ensuring the successful launch and promotion of our products.

This role is an individual contributor to start, with the potential for direct reports as we continue to expand. The Senior Director, Marketing will be a key member of the Commercial Team and will report directly to the Vice President, Brand Sales and Marketing. They will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the culture, communication, and dynamics of a rapidly growing organization.

This is a hybrid role, with time split between home office and 3 days per week in our corporate headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Development & Execution

Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, with a focus on branded pharmaceuticals in the women's health sector. Identify, engage and leverage HCP and consumer social media influencers. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making. Brand Management

Establish and maintain a strong brand presence and growth trajectory for women's health products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and promotional materials. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, with a focus on digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Product Launch and Lifecycle Management

Lead the successful launch of new Women’s Health products, including market positioning, messaging, and promotional activities. Develop and implement lifecycle management strategies to maximize the longevity and profitability of existing products. Market Analysis and Customer Insights

Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth. Utilize customer insights to drive product development and enhance marketing effectiveness. Understand complex payor landscapes and be able to successfully position Cosette brands to maximize patient access. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Provide guidance to the sales team to support their efforts in promoting women's health products. Budget Management

Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and ROI. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals. Desired Experience, Education, and Personal Attributes:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 12 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing, Women’s Health experience highly preferred. Deep experience in driving successful omnichannel marketing and social media campaigns. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of payor landscape and how to position products for favorable patient access. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Self-motivated, strong sense of accountability, drive for results and highly energetic individual that thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment.
