Myticas's direct client based out of Springdale, AR is currently seeking a Procurement Administrator for an contract position.

NOTE: W2 only

Top 3-5 Required Skills/Experience:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
  2. Experience with Concur expense tool
  3. Experience in purchasing, accounts payable, supplier management, or operations (5+ years)
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Good judgment and ability to interpret policies and procedures

Job Description:

The Procurement Administrator will play a crucial role in managing daily activities associated with the reconciliation of various corporate cards used by the travel department. This includes detailed work using Excel and Concur expense tool. The role also encompasses administrative and transactional functions within the indirect purchasing team, impacting purchase order creation and query management. This position supports client Purchase to Pay best practices, policy adherence, and program compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile corporate cards used by the travel department using Excel and the Concur expense tool.
  • Contact vendors to request receipts via Outlook mail system.
  • Manage administrative and transactional functions including purchase order creation and query resolution through the Procurement Ops shared folder.
  • Generate report data for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate with plant locations and suppliers to resolve issues related to pricing, invoicing, and ordering.
  • Answer phone calls and emails within 24 hours.
  • Provide coverage for other support staff as needed.

Required Experience & Technical Skills/Education:

  • Education beyond high school, including vocational training, special training, or college courses.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing, accounts payable, supplier management, or operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
  • Experience with Concur expense tool preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills/Experience:

  • SAP experience
  • Ability to multi-task, handle heavy workloads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Good judgment and ability to interpret policies and procedures effectively.
